Information For Readers

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure that their manuscripts meet all of the following requirements. Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned for revision:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by any other journal.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format, with page margins set as follows: top 2.5 cm, bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, and right 2 cm.
  • The manuscript follows the formatting, citation, and writing requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines below.
  • The manuscript is written in English; authors submitting in other languages may request professional translation services (additional fee applies). For inquiries, please contact: editor@xxxxx.com
  • Authors agree to the Article Processing Charge (APC) policy.
  • All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

 

Author Guidelines

  1. Fonts and Spacing

Use Times New Roman for the entire text. Set paragraph spacing to 0.5 lines before and 0.5 lines after.

  1. Article Title

Use 16 pt font size, 1.2 line spacing, and center alignment.

  1. Authors and Affiliations

List all authors and their affiliations. Indicate the corresponding author with contact details (phone and email), marked with an asterisk (*) next to the name. Font size: 12 pt.

  1. Abstract

Bold the word “Abstract” in 12 pt. The abstract text should be left-aligned with no indentation and use 10.5 pt font size; Single line spacing.

  1. Keywords

Bold the word “Keywords” in 12 pt font, and separate the keywords with semicolons.

  1. Main Text

Leave one blank line after the keywords before starting the main text. Indent the first line of each paragraph by five characters. It is recommended to include the following sections in order: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Contributions and Limitations, Acknowledgements, and References, etc. Except where headings have specific formatting requirements, all main text should be in 10.5 pt font with single line spacing.

  1. Headings
  • Level 1 Headings: Left-aligned, bold, 12 pt; leave one blank line from the previous text; numbered as “1, 2, 3...”.
  • Level 2 Headings: Left-aligned, 11 pt; numbered as “1.1, 1.2, 1.3...”
  • Level 3 Headings: Left-aligned, 10.5 pt; numbered as “1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3...”
  • Headings below Level 3 can be subdivided as needed.
  1. Tables

Tables should be placed in the main text, numbered sequentially (Table 1, Table 2, …). Table captions appear above the table, left-aligned. Use a three-line table style as standard. Cite sources if data are taken from other works.

  1. Figures

Figures should be placed in the main text, numbered sequentially (Figure 1, Figure 2, …). Figure captions appear below the figure, left-aligned. The style of the figures can be selected at your discretion.

  1. References

Leave one line space between the text and the reference list. The heading “References” should follow Level 1 heading format.

  • Follow APA 7th edition style for references, but italics are not required. Entries are left-aligned, without hanging indent.
  • In-text citation format: (Author, Year), e.g., (Wang, 2023).
  • Reference aftermain text: Wang, M. (2023). The impact of motivation on learning outcomes. Journal of Educational Psychology, 115(3), 233–245.
  1. Author Biography

Include author information after the References, leaving one blank line. Use Level 1 heading format for the words “Author Biography.” Content basic format: Name, degree (Master/PhD), affiliation (Department, Institution), title (e.g., Associate Professor), and main research interests. Left-aligned with no indentation.

  1. Acknowledgements, Appendices, and Declarations

Place acknowledgements, appendices, and other statements after the Author Biography, leaving one blank line, using Level 1 heading format for the words “Acknowledgements,” “Appendices,” and other statements. This section is optional. Left-aligned with no indentation.

  1. Submission
